• major surgical interventions: septoplasty and tonsillectomy (classical and coblation), adenotomy (classical, shaver and coblation), vasotomy of the lower nasal concha (surgical and coblation) and endoscopic endonasal interventions on the paranasal sinuses (maxillary sinus surgery, sphenotomy, frontotomy, ethmoidotomy by shaver or classical method) to remove cysts, polyps, and other neoplasms, foreign bodies, as well as closure of perforation of the nasal septum and microlaryngoscopy to remove laryngeal neoplasms;
• Minor surgical interventions and manipulations: removal of foreign bodies and nasal and oral cavity masses, tympanopuncture and paracentesis of the tympanic membrane, tympanic bypass, opening of ear and nasal boils, opening of paratonsillar abscess, opening of hematoma and abscess of the nasal septum.

• neurosurgery: endoscopic removal of skull base tumors and closure of nasal lymph node through the nasal passages;
