The Dobrobut medical network has launched a new academic year at Dobrobut Academy, with 157 interns joining the internship program this year across 17 specializations.
This year's enrollment is special: thanks to regulatory changes from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, graduates of state higher medical education institutions were able to choose private clinics for their internships for the first time.
Dobrobut held an onboarding meeting for the young specialists to introduce them to the network's values, medical specialties, and professional growth prospects.
Representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine also attended the meeting.
"The opportunity to complete an internship in private clinics is not only an expanded choice for young doctors but also a raising of medical education standards in general. We see how modern medical networks, such as Dobrobut, create conditions where interns can learn in a real clinical environment, alongside experienced specialists. And this is exactly the experience that shapes the new generation of doctors", emphasized Serhiy Ubogov, Head of the Medical Staff, Education, and Science Department at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
"We are grateful that private medicine is perceived as a reliable partner in a common cause — ensuring a high-quality future for Ukrainian medicine. We strive for our interns not just to gain knowledge but to grow as individuals who are ready to be responsible for people's health. Today, they saw Dobrobut from the inside for the first time and became convinced that professionalism, trust, and development are valued here. We are with them every step of their journey as doctors", said Oleksandra Mashkevych, Chief Medical Officer of the Dobrobut network.
The Dobrobut medical network will continue to invest in the development of medical personnel and contribute to the transformation of medical education in Ukraine.
