The medical network “Dobrobut” has taken first place in the ranking of private healthcare institutions in Ukraine, according to NV magazine.
This is an independent assessment based on data from insurance companies, expert evaluations, and an analysis of taxes paid by clinics.
Four major insurance companies operating in the healthcare sector — Vuso, Uniqa, Universalna, and INGO — provided lists of their largest clients (by volume of medical service purchases) in five categories: multidisciplinary clinics, laboratories, dentistry, ophthalmology and pharmacies. Based on this data, a shortlist of 33 medical institutions was formed.
Five analysts — experts from Vuso, Universalna, INGO, as well as UNICEF Ukraine medical expert Kateryna Bulavinova and Andrii Vilenskyi, Medical Director of the Superhumans prosthetics and rehabilitation center — evaluated each nominee on a three-point scale.
Experts considered the quality of medical services, process organization, patient service level, number of complaints and repeat visits, and the presence of social responsibility programs. NV also requested information from each participant on the amount of taxes paid over the first nine months of 2025 and 2024. Most participants did not provide this data.
NV calculated an average score based on expert assessments and available tax information, which formed the basis for the ranking.
“For us at Dobrobut, transparency is not a formality, but a sign of respect. We openly provided data on taxes paid, because we believe that if you work for people, you must be honest in everything. It’s gratifying that experts recognized this and rated us highly.
We work every day for our patients — for their safety, trust, and peace of mind. And when a ranking highlights not only the quality of medical care but also responsibility to the state and society, it is especially meaningful for us. It confirms that we are moving in the right direction”, said Serhii Orel, CEO of the Dobrobut medical network.
