Serhii Orel has replaced Vadym Shekman as the CEO of the Dobrobut Medical Network. Previously, Serhii held the positions of Chief Operating Officer at the Dobrobut Multidisciplinary Hospital on Bazhana Avenue and Director of Network Development.
Serhii has over 20 years of experience in operations management and project leadership. Within Dobrobut, he has successfully implemented several large-scale projects, including the Dobrobut Innovative Center for Cardiac and Vascular Surgery at 54 Povitriai Forces Avenue, as well as the reconstruction of the multidisciplinary hospital on Bazhana Avenue (launch and operational management).
Additionally, Serhii has extensive management experience in other industries, where he led teams of up to 3,000 employees, handled M&A (mergers and acquisitions) deals, and managed industrial facility renovations.
Vadym Shekman, who had led the network since July 2022, will continue contributing to its development and will remain part of Dobrobut as a member of the company’s Supervisory Board. Under his leadership, the medical network expanded, strengthened its market position, and took significant steps forward in its development. Thanks to Vadym Shekman’s experience and efforts, Dobrobut managed to withstand the most challenging times and never ceased operations, not even for a day, since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Serhii Orel will be responsible for the company’s strategic development and strengthening its market position.
