The “Dobrobut” medical network has been included in the top 50 best employers of Ukraine in 2025, according to the expert jury of The Page ranking.
The ranking was formed in two stages. First, the expert jury evaluated companies’ HR policies and cases blindly, without brand names. After that, public voting began, where anyone could compare the companies’ cases and vote for the employer they considered the best. The weight of public voting was 40%, and the expert jury — 60%.
This approach makes it possible to combine an objective professional assessment with the support of employees, clients, and partners.
“For us, this recognition is especially valuable because 60% of the ranking comes from experts who analyzed the questionnaires without any company names. This means that the quality of our HR processes and our attitude toward people are visible even without the brand. We invest heavily in a safe environment, development, psychological support, and a transparent feedback culture. And for me personally, it is very important that this is recognized by both external experts and our team”, said Olha Lushtei, Chief Human Resources Officer of the “Dobrobut” medical network.
