Starting November 16, all medical centers of the Dobrobut chain can verify personal data through the Diia app using document sharing. This greatly simplifies and speeds up the process of filling out the patient's card and other medical documentation, as well as eliminates the risk of errors.
In order to receive services in the Dobrobut medical network, a patient can provide a digital copy of his or her ID card or passport through the Diia app. To do this, generate the barcode of the required document in Diia and show it at the reception. The receptionist will scan it or enter the barcode number into the clinic system. The patient will receive a request for a copy of the document in their Action. After confirmation, all the necessary patient data will be automatically pulled into the Dobrobut system.
"Sharing is a convenient service for providing copies of documents through Diia. There is no need to carry documents with you or make photocopies. Diia is always at hand - and thus digital documents. To use the service, the user must have the document they want to send a copy of in the app and have Diia.Signature activated," says Iryna Zabolotna, head of the Diia implementation team at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
"The most important thing for us is the comfort and peace of mind of our patients. That's why we always try to be closer to them, including in the communication channels chosen by our clients. Therefore, we are actively digitalizing Dobrobut services. And an important step on this way is data verification with document sharing through Diia. This is a very convenient, safe and fast service. We hope this innovation will help our clients feel even more comfortable in Dobrobut medical centers," says Anna Shved, Marketing Director of Dobrobut Medical Network.
