The list includes Ukrainian companies that make every effort to take care of their employees during the war. These companies support mobilized soldiers, veterans and their families, motivate their staff with financial and non-financial incentives, and take care of their employees' well-being, including their health.
The rating was compiled by NV magazine in cooperation with Odgers Berndtson, an international executive search and assessment company.
The competition was super tough. Initially, 152 of Ukraine's largest companies were selected based on revenue and number of employees. Only 72 companies agreed to disclose their cases in special questionnaires for the study. The experts chose the best of them by voting. And we are among them.
"This award is the work of the entire team, all our divas. We are proud that Dobrobut is the only healthcare network included in the list of the best. This is our common achievement, and we greatly appreciate the contribution of our employees to the development of the company. I am happy to take care of each person from our 3,000-strong team together to always be close to our patients,” says Olha Lushtei, HR Director of Dobrobut.
