Doctor Sam Medical Network Becomes Part of Dobrobut Medical Network
Kyiv, May 26, 2020 — Dobrobut Medical Network has merged with Doctor Sam Medical Network. The integration of Doctor Sam, which has 3 clinics in Kyiv, into Dobrobut Medical Network is an important step towards building a powerful private medical network in Ukraine. Thanks to the merger, clients will have access to a wide network of medical centers covering a significant part of Kyiv, emergency services, expanded professional expertise of doctors, and a single diagnostic database. The parties agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the deal.

The full integration of the network "Doctor Sam" and the medical network "Dobrobut" will take place within 2 months - during this time, clients will be informed and two medical networks will be united under a single brand "Dobrobut". A joint database of doctors will also be created, which will allow patients to access quality medical services according to uniform standards: consultations of primary care doctors, highly specialized narrow-profile medical services and emergency care, covering Kyiv and Kyiv region.
