• major surgical interventions: septoplasty; tonsillectomy by classical/coblation methods; adenotomy by classical/shaver/coblation methods; vasotomy of the lower nasal concha by surgical/coblation methods; endoscopic micro maxillary sinusotomy, ethmoidotomy, sphenotomy, frontotomy; polypectomy by shaver/classical methods.
