Anti-cellulite massages
Anti-cellulite massage affects the deep layers of the skin and adipose tissue. The massage is used for the purpose of reducing body volumes, aiming to improve body contour, eliminate "orange peel" skin, and cellulite.
During the massage, the specialist uses movements for warming up as preparation. After that, they transition from superficial to deeper effects. By varying the pressure, the layers of skin where subcutaneous fat accumulates are kneaded during the massage.
Anti-cellulite massage is performed for:
- improving blood circulation in problem areas;
- activating lymph flow throughout the body;
- stimulating collagen and elastin production.
It is recommended to refrain from eating for an hour before the procedure. The procedure is conducted starting from the age of 18.
The procedure is not performed in the presence of inflammation and open wounds on the skin.
