Nataliia Petrivna Tyazhka is a highly qualified ophthalmologist with 29 years of experience, the highest category. She graduated from the Bogomolets Ukrainian State Medical University and completed her internship at the Department of Ophthalmology at the National Medical University. She began her professional career as an ophthalmologist at the Kyiv Endocrinology Dispensary and later gained experience at the Center for Eye Microsurgery.

In 2017, she completed the Refractive Excimer Laser Surgery School at the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons in Lisbon.

Nataliia Petrivna is actively engaged in scientific activities, she is the author of a PhD thesis, an invention patent, a monograph and more than 30 scientific papers. She is a member of the European Union of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the Association of Ophthalmologists of Ukraine, and the Union of Retinologists of Ukraine.
