• 1995: studied laser methods of treating the anterior and posterior segments of the eye at the laser department of the Kyiv City Clinical Ophthalmology Hospital "Center for Eye Microsurgery". She worked as an ophthalmologist at the Kyiv City Clinical Endocrinology Dispensary;
• 2004: worked as an ophthalmologist-retinologist at the Kyiv City Clinical Ophthalmology Hospital "Center for Eye Microsurgery";
• 2015: held the position of refractive excimer laser ophthalmic surgeon and head of the consultative diagnostic department at the British Ophthalmology Center (Kyiv);
• 2017: completed the school of refractive excimer laser surgery of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (Lisbon, Portugal).

Priority areas in clinical practice:

• excimer laser surgery for the correction of myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism, including complex cases;
• laser treatment of the retina in case of degeneration, tears, local detachments, as well as complications of diabetes mellitus and retinal vein thrombosis
• laser treatment of glaucoma and secondary cataracts.

Tell us about your professional interests other than your specialization:

• regenerative medicine: the use of stem cells to restore damaged structures of the eye, in particular the cornea and retina.

Hobbies, favorite movies, books:

• "I like to travel and am interested in history. When it comes to movies, I prefer historical and psychological dramas with unpredictable endings, as well as films based on real events. In literature, I prefer contemporary Ukrainian writers who have an active life position and influence modern Ukrainian consciousness and culture, in particular Irene Rozdobudko, Maria Matios, Lyubko Deresh, Serhiy Zhadan, Oksana Zabuzhko, Irena Karpa, Yuri Andrukhovych, and Andriy Kurkov."
