From an infected person through airborne droplets or dust (viral particles are transmitted through the air from a sick person to a healthy one during conversation, coughing, sneezing), or through close contact (being within approximately 2 meters).

Thus, the best way to protect your body from the flu is vaccination. If it wasn’t possible to get vaccinated before the flu season in September, you can still get vaccinated throughout the flu season. Contrary to a common myth, this does not weaken the body but strengthens its ability to resist the flu.

Vaccination is recommended only upon a doctor's advice and is performed solely in a medical facility.

For children, a pediatric consultation is mandatory before vaccination.
For adults, a consultation with a general practitioner is required.
