- significant decrease in visual acuity - blurring, bifurcation of the image; possible appearance of "flies", flashes, shimmering dots in front of the eyes;

The second group of symptoms includes:
- a burning or cutting sensation ("sand") in the eyes;

- must arrange short dynamic breaks in work (every 40 minutes);
- follow the rules in the organization of the workplace - uniform lighting in the room; the distance from one worker to the monitor should be within 50 cm - 70 cm; at the same time, the center of the screen should be 12-15 cm below eye level;
- blink - consciously, quickly and often; it is a good exercise to relax tired eyes.
