Consultations of specialists

Consultation and treatment are provided by experienced doctors using modern equipment and technologies. The main activity of reproductive specialists is the treatment of infertility, but these specialists are also consulted by women and men who want to preserve their germ cells in order to use them in the future. Young women who want to become germ cell donors and help fulfill the dream of parenthood for those who have problems with it but do not lose hope also visit the department's specialists. 

Laboratory diagnostics

The department provides mandatory examinations for women and men before IVF, including cytological and genetic tests. Also, men have the opportunity to examine ejaculate using various methods, which makes it possible to assess the indicators on which male fertility (ability to conceive) depends.

Instrumental diagnostics:

All doctors of the department are trained in ultrasound diagnostics (ultrasound) and perform: 

• Pelvic ultrasound
• Folliculometry
• Ultrasound of short-term pregnancies
• Colposcopy (optical evaluation of the vaginal mucosa and cervix)

Methods of checking the patency of the fallopian tubes:

• Echosalpingography - determination of the patency of the fallopian tubes under ultrasound control
• Hysterosalpingography - determination of the patency of the fallopian tubes under X-ray control

Embryology laboratory 

The key place of the assisted reproductive technologies department is the embryology laboratory. Embryology is the place where your future babies grow for the first 7 days after fertilization. The growth and development of embryos are under the close supervision of our embryologists, who monitor the conditions of their cultivation on a daily basis. 
To prevent the influence of unfavorable environmental factors that may adversely affect embryos, our laboratory is designed according to the latest European standards of ventilation and air conditioning.

The laboratory's embryologists work according to internal protocols based on the latest ESHRE (European Society for Human Embryology and Reproduction) recommendations.

The dual witnessing system ensures control over the implementation of standard operating protocols in the laboratory.
