- facial asymmetry resulting from disproportions in the size and shape of the jaws;
- excessive development of the lower jaw, which disrupts the harmonious appearance of the face;
- underdevelopment of the jaws, including that caused by congenital anomalies and developmental defects (in cases of cleft lip and palate, etc.);
- as a preparatory stage or to accelerate orthodontic treatment.
In the center, surgical interventions are performed on one or both jaws, chin correction, and surgical expansion of the upper jaw is carried out. All main orthognathic surgeries: osteotomies according to Le Fort, planar osteotomy according to DalPont - Obwegezer (bilateral sagittal split osteotomy), distraction of the upper and lower jaws, compaction osteotomy, rapid maxillary expansion, etc.
The service can be provided after a consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon to establish (confirm) the diagnosis and determine indications and contraindications for the surgical intervention.
