Program of orthokeratological treatment (night OK-lenses non-standart sizes) of one eye (1 year)

The program provides for observation by an orthokeratologist of the patient's eyes undergoing orthokeratological treatment. The program includes a nighttime rigid gas permeable lens with a 1-year service life.
The program includes:
- Selection, fitting and training in the use of a night lens
 - Four control visits during the year with examination
 - If necessary, ultrasonic cleaning of the lens
 - Orthokeratology treatment is a non-surgical method of correcting myopia in children and adults, which changes the shape of the cornea during sleep, using rigid gas-permeable contact lenses.
 
Program duration: 13 months
Before the first visit:
- Pupil dilation is possible (lens fitting then in 2-3 days)
 - If the patient wore soft contact lenses, do not use them for 7 days before the examination
 - If the patient wore hard contact lenses, do not use them for 21 days before the examination
 - The duration of the first visit can be 1-1.5 hours
 
Indications
- Myopia without astigmatism (-0.5 to -8.0 D) and with astigmatism (up to -5.0 D)
 - Progressive myopia, which is not stopped by wearing glasses or soft contact lenses
 - Intolerance to daytime contact lenses
 - Inability to wear glasses or lenses due to lifestyle (sports, dancing, swimming)
 
Contraindications
- Dry eye syndrome
 - Frequent conjunctivitis, blepharitis
 - Allergic reactions
 - Contraindications revealed during the examination
 
Age restrictions: from 6 years old
