Kinesiotherapy program 10 group sessions (45 minutes)

Kinesiotherapy sessions are aimed at actively restoring the body's motor functions and improving the condition of the musculoskeletal system. The use of multi-functional exercise equipment helps to work effectively on strengthening muscles, flexibility and joint stability.

Group sessions led by an experienced exercise therapist, where you can work with a partner or friends.

What the program includes:

• 10 group sessions (at least two participants per session - husband and wife, girlfriends, brothers, sisters, friends).
• One session lasts 45 minutes.
• The program is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Indications:

• Subacute period of diseases of the musculoskeletal system
• Recovery after injuries and surgical interventions

Contraindications:

• Acute period of the disease
