Program "Diagnosis of arterial hypertension"

The program is aimed at a comprehensive medical examination of the patient to identify the causes of high blood pressure and determine effective treatment. It includes consultations with specialized specialists, instrumental and laboratory diagnostics. The list of necessary examinations and consultations is determined by the doctor individually for each patient.
What does the program include?
- Consultations with specialists:
- ophthalmologist;
- 2 specialists to choose from: cardiologist, ultrasound specialist, general practitioner/family doctor, neurologist, endocrinologist.
- Instrumental diagnostics:
- optional service (1 pc): electrocardiography or ultrasound of the kidneys.
- services to choose from (2 pcs): daily blood pressure monitoring, echocardiography, duplex scanning of the vessels of the neck.
- Laboratory tests.
Who is the program for?
The program is designed for patients who are at risk of hypertension due to age or concomitant diseases (diabetes mellitus, obesity, sleep apnea, hyperthyroidism, chronic renal failure).
How does the examination take place?
- Visit 1: consultation with a specialist (optional: general practitioner/family doctor, cardiologist, neurologist, endocrinologist), this visit may include an ophthalmologist's consultation and instrumental diagnostics (optional).
- Visit 2: laboratory tests. This visit may include a consultation with an ophthalmologist and instrumental diagnostics (optional).
- Visit 3: Consultation with a specialist of your choice to assess the condition and agree on further treatment tactics. It takes place no earlier than 1 day after Visit #2 (when the results of all tests are ready).
Program validity period: 1 month after purchase.
