Package “Preoperative preparation of adults. Extended”

A set of laboratory tests that helps to identify diseases that can cause complications during surgery or worsen the course of the postoperative period.
The examination is recommended 7 days before the surgery.
Additionally, it is recommended to pass an infectious panel on an ongoing basis - the “Preoperative infectious panel” package.
The results of the research will allow:
- assess the functional state of the body, which is necessary for the operation and postoperative recovery
- exclude acute conditions or exacerbation of chronic diseases;
- to exclude infectious diseases - hepatitis B and C, syphilis, which allows to avoid epidemic outbreaks in the hospital, infection of medical personnel - in case of passing the complex of tests according to the “Preoperative infectious panel” package
Any deviation of any indicator from the reference values requires a consultation with a specialist physician.
Indications: planned surgical intervention
Contraindications: acute inflammatory processes or chronic in the acute stage
Preparation: possible during the day: a light breakfast is allowed no later than 4 hours before the test (exclude fatty foods). Drink 400 ml of water 30 minutes before the test. It is recommended to obtain urine collection containers in the clinics of the network in advance.
Age restrictions: the service is provided from the age of 18.
Appointment for the service is possible only upon referral from a network doctor and with the date of the planned surgical intervention indicated.
