Evidence of foot callus
Calluses are a protective reaction of the skin to external factors and stress. They usually form in places where the skin is particularly sensitive and thin, and where the foot is subjected to the greatest stress.

Treatment of calluses in the Center of Dermatology and Cosmetology “Dobrobut” includes:
- disinfection of the foot;
- softening of calluses (we use a natural remedy based on propolis);
- deep excision of the callus using various tools (scalpel, cutter) to pink skin;
- placing anti-inflammatory and wound-healing agent (salicylic cream) in the cavity formed;
- protection with Foam-o-Felt.
After five days it is necessary to come for a second consultation, so that the doctor conducted a visual inspection of the area of the foot from which the callus was removed.
The procedure lasts: 30 minutes.
The procedure does not require special preparation, contraindications can only be the presence of allergic reactions to the preparations (propolis and salicylic cream).
