To help people receive the necessary medical advice, the "Dobrobut" Medical Network is implementing online support for parents and children who are outside their cities or Ukraine. When a doctor is always nearby and ready to explain, reassure, and advise on what to do if something is wrong with the child, parents feel more confident and calm.
Experienced pediatricians of "Dobrobut" are ready to provide medical online support through the Viber messenger on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. By choosing a doctor you trust and paying for the service, you can reach out to them with any questions regarding your child's health. The doctor will respond to you within 3 hours and provide the necessary recommendations.

Service Provision Rules
- The patient orders the activation of the service online at the website dobrobut.com using the link «Contact the coordinator to schedule». Communication with the patient occurs through the Viber messenger.
- The patient selects a doctor for receiving the service from a list of doctors providing it and chooses the duration of service provision: 30 calendar days, 90 calendar days, or 180 calendar days.
- The coordinator sends the patient a link for payment of the service, which is valid for 24 hours from the time of creation.
- After payment for the service, the patient receives the doctor's contact information, namely the mobile phone number to facilitate communication. Communication is conducted by the coordinator in the form of a message in the Viber messenger and contains the doctor's contact details, information regarding the activation date of the service, the service's duration, and a link to the service provision rules.
- The doctor is available for communication on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. At other times, the doctor may respond to the patient's questions at their discretion.
- During working hours, the doctor responds to patient inquiries within 3 hours after receiving the request.
- Information exchange between the doctor and patient occurs in the format of text messages, image transfers, and/or video files.
- All communication must be saved in the doctor's messenger archive.
- During the service provision, the doctor does NOT establish final diagnoses or prescribe treatments for diseases.
- In the event of an emergency situation and/or the need for diagnosis and prescription of medication treatment, patients are advised to use available options for obtaining emergency assistance and/or an in-person consultation with a doctor with possible further online support from the Network's doctor.
- The start date of the service is considered the day the payment for the service is received. The service is valid for 30 calendar days for Online Doctor Support 30 days, 90 calendar days for Online Doctor Support 90 days, and 180 calendar days for Online Doctor Support 180 days.
- Early termination of services is possible by the client submitting a written statement to the email address [email protected] with a copy of the statement sent in paper form to: LLC "Medical Center "Dobrobut - Polyclinic", 02072, Kyiv, Mykoli Bazhana Avenue, 12A or by delivering it to one of the active branches of the Network.
Refunds occur in the form of crediting the amount to the client's deposit account in the Network for subsequent use on medical services within the Network.
The client is credited with an amount that is the difference between the paid cost of the service and the cost of the utilized service periods.
- The online subscription service for 30 calendar days consists of 1 service period and does not foresee refunds;
- The online subscription service for 90 calendar days consists of 3 service periods of 30 days each and foresees the possibility of refunds for 1 or 2 periods. Refunds for 2 periods occur provided that there is notification of early termination of services within the first service period, which is 30 calendar days. Refunds for 1 period occur when there is notification of early termination of services within the second service period.
- The online subscription service for 180 calendar days consists of 6 service periods of 30 days each and foresees the possibility of refunds for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 periods. Refunds for the respective periods occur provided that there is notification of early termination of services within the preceding service period.
The period is considered started from the 1st day of the beginning of the period, which consists of 30 calendar days.
When calculating the cost of utilized service periods, the cost of 1 period for the online doctor support service for 30 days is taken into account.
13. Online doctor support is exclusively informational, does not constitute a clinical diagnosis, and is not a form of medical assistance (medical service).
Medical assistance (medical service) is provided exclusively in healthcare institutions. For receiving medical assistance and/or for the correct interpretation of the obtained conclusions, you should contact a healthcare institution and receive in-person medical assistance from a doctor of the appropriate specialty.
Online doctor support does not replace a face-to-face examination by a doctor.
