I. A specially equipped vehicle (type C: resuscitation vehicle), which has the following equipment:

Transport stretchers with the ability to change the position depending on the patient's needs, a chair for patient evacuation, vacuum stretchers, transport tires, shields. When transporting newborns, especially premature newborns, a transport cuvette, transport thermoboxes.
The premium-class cardiac monitor/defibrillator allows for continuous monitoring of vital functions (blood pressure, heart rate, heart rate, SpO2), synchronized cardioversion, external pacing if necessary, and ECG recording in 12-lead format. The set includes reusable and disposable electrodes, including children's electrodes.
Transport devices for artificial lung ventilation with capnographs for adults and children weighing 500 g or more. These are modern multi-mode devices with the ability to select the ventilation mode according to the patient's needs, the possibility of non-invasive assisted ventilation in adults and children, including low-birth-weight infants, safe ventilation, full graphic respiratory monitoring, and volumetric capnography. The set includes disposable breathing circuits, masks in assortment.

Syringe infusion pumps (the number depends on the patient's needs).
Oxygen cylinders (2 stationary cylinders of 40 liters each, with reducers and a humidifier for safe oxygen therapy, additionally mobile cylinders of 2 or 5 liters with reducers, in the required quantity to transport the patient directly from the car to the hospital or vice versa. This oxygen supply can provide continuous transportation of an oxygen-dependent adult patient for up to 2 days).
Compressor nebulizer, allows for aerosol therapy. Includes adult and children's masks and consumables.
Thermobox (allows both heating and cooling of solutions for infusion, as well as the use of medicines that require temperature storage during transportation).
Medicines and consumables necessary for emergency care and long-term intensive care in sufficient quantities. Additionally, individual selection of medicines according to the patient's needs.
A range of rapid tests for rapid diagnosis during transportation (combined troponin test, rapid urine test (10 indicators), glucometry, test for certain infections - streptate, influenza A + B, MS virus infection / adenovirus infection, roto/adeno/astro/norovirus infection, rapid COVID-19 test, pregnancy test, etc.)
Patient care products (medical bedding, diapers, wipes, diapers, etc.).

II. Qualified medical personnel who are continuously trained in the country and abroad. Admission to work with the equipment only after passing the appropriate training.

III. Provision of care and management of patients in accordance with accepted standards, practical application of medical protocols that have an evidence base, compliance with the procedure for hospitalization of patients.

IV. Patient and team safety is a priority:

impeccable technical condition of vehicles, timely maintenance;
annual metrological verification of medical equipment used during evacuation;
seating of all participants only in specially equipped seats with seat belts;
climate control in the car, according to the patient's needs;
2 drivers for transportation over a distance of 500 km or more, including medical evacuation abroad;
pre-trip inspection of drivers.

The service includes

Examination of the patient by a team doctor before the start of medical evacuation to determine the possibility and safety of transporting the patient, selecting the mode of transportation and (if necessary) taking measures to prepare the patient for transportation (immobilization of fractures, insertion of a venous and urinary catheter, pain relief, etc.)
Directly transporting the patient to the vehicle, in the vehicle to the destination, and from the vehicle to the hospital department at the destination. Special attention is paid to the transportation of bedridden patients.
ECG recording before transportation, monitoring of vital functions during evacuation.
If necessary, performing artificial lung ventilation and other intensive care, as well as resuscitation measures
Providing, if necessary, medical care on the road - pain relief, blood pressure correction, infusion therapy, etc.
Accompanying the patient with an emergency team or an intensive care team consisting of a pediatric or adult anesthesiologist, respectively.
Fulfillment of scheduled appointments during evacuation, if necessary.

Transportation of bedridden patients

The transportation of bedridden patients is a separate type of transportation that requires special attention and additional support. Dobrobut Ambulance is equipped with all the necessary equipment to transport bedridden and seriously ill patients, taking into account their condition and the need to control it. Terms of service

Medical evacuation is carried out after the patient or authorized persons provide information about the patient's location and the institution with which the patient's admission is agreed. It is also necessary to provide information on the contact phone numbers of the doctor of the department where the patient is located and the doctor confirming the patient's admission. Or, if necessary, we can help you find a hospital for hospitalization.
The final conclusion about the patient's transportability in each case is made by the team doctor together with the doctor of the medical institution where the patient is staying.
Preliminary confirmation by telephone of the patient's admission by the physician of the department to which the patient is transferred.

Contraindications:

terminal conditions,
conditions when transportation is associated with a high risk of deterioration of the patient's condition, up to and including death.

If prolonged transportation is required, this supply can be increased.
