Wechsler Comprehensive Intelligence Test WISC-III

Wechsler-3 is used in the clinical assessment of cognitive functions of children from 5 to 16 years old. The Wechsler intelligence test WISC-III allows you to assess the level of intelligence of a normotypical child or determine a delay in intellectual development.

In combination with other methods, the test allows you to detect neurological or mental diseases, including oligophrenia (mental retardation).

The test provides an IQ (Intelligence Quotient) score.

Wechsler WISC-III has a wide range of question complexity, thanks to which it can be used to assess both intellectual disabilities and giftedness.

This test consists of 12 subtests: a verbal battery (6 subtests - from 10 to 30 questions each) and a non-verbal (6 subtests).
