Indications for undergoing comprehensive sleep diagnostics include:
- Difficulty falling asleep or waking up
- Sleep disturbances: frequent awakenings, snoring
- Breathing disorders during sleep, breathing pauses during sleep
- Pronounced daytime sleepiness, nodding off at work or behind the wheel

How does the comprehensive sleep diagnosis at the "Dobrobut" Center of Somnology work?
The first visit includes:
- Laboratory diagnostics
- Sleep apnea diagnostics (ambulatory polysomnography Alice Night One) with the possibility to undergo diagnostics in comfortable conditions at home
- Neurologist's consultation
The second visit includes the following stages:
- ENT doctor's consultation
- Final consultation with the somnologist after completing all the investigations according to the program and receiving the results.
*Consultations with specialists are mandatory after laboratory diagnostics and sleep apnea diagnostics.
