The risk of developing breast cancer is high: every eighth woman is faced with this disease.

The peak of the disease occurs between the ages of 44-74, but from the age of 30 you need to be on the alert, since the cases of early development of this type of cancer are increasing every year. Mammography is indicated for women after 40 years. Up to 40 years, it is recommended to do mammography only on the recommendation of a mammologist. Women under 40 years of age are recommended to undergo regular ultrasound.

The disease is successfully treated, but only if diagnosed early. Breast cancer detected at an early stage is curable in 90% of cases.

According to the updated recommendations, women aged 45 to 74 should have a mammogram every year.

Mammography is a type of low-dose X-ray examination used to detect early forms of breast cancer. Both breasts are placed on an X-ray machine and pressed between two plates to obtain a clear image. If the mammogram shows something suspicious in the breast tissue, the doctor will continue the examination.

• high or average susceptibility to breast cancer (determined by taking a free test).

Duration: 2 months from the moment of payment for the program.

Total duration of the first visit - up to one hour.
