In response to the information posted on the AMCU website on 17/01/2019, regarding the order of the State Commissioner dated 04/01/2019 No. 02/7-r, the AMCU initiated consideration of case No. 24-25/1-19-EC on concentration in the form of acquisition by SATUMCO LIMITED (Limassol, Republic of Cyprus) of a share in the authorized capital of BORIS LLC (Kyiv, Ukraine).
As commented by the participants in the process, Oleg Kalashnikov, CEO and co-owner of MM Dobrobut, and Mykhailo Radutskyi, co-owner and director of the Borys Clinic:
“Indeed, our companies, as global players in the country's private healthcare market, are currently in the process of negotiations. It is a joint project to strengthen the position of private medicine in Ukraine. So far, the agenda includes discussions on protocols and standards used in our clinics, as well as comparison of expertise in medical fields. Now our main task is to develop a consolidated position that will allow us to provide the maximum range of medical services to our patients.”
