• “I recommend following three simple rules. First — have a preventive gynecological check-up every year, even without complaints. Second — pay attention to changes in your body: menstrual cycle, nature of discharge, bodily sensations. Third — maintain daily balance: sufficient sleep, regular movement, and time for recovery help maintain stable well-being and health.”
