Understanding the interplay between the digestive, hormonal, and cardiovascular systems helps identify symptom causes more accurately, choose optimal tests, and design personalized treatment plans. I believe that healthy nutrition, metabolic control, and a well-balanced endocrine system are the foundation of preventing many chronic diseases.”
