• clinical, neurological and orthopedic examination, if necessary - referral for additional examinations or consultations with related specialists;
• forming a comprehensive program of rehabilitation and patient self-management as part of a multidisciplinary team, which may include: therapeutic exercises (kinesiotherapy) and training in safe movement; cognitive-functional therapy and other psychological approaches that help change the perception of pain and learn to manage it; orthopedic manual therapy and functional massage; hardware physiotherapy (TENS, NMES, shockwave therapy, ultrasound, etc.); injection methods under ultrasound control (blockades for pain relief or reduction of inflammation); selection and prescription of auxiliary means of rehabilitation.
• The most frequent reasons for which patients come: back pain: neck, thoracic or lumbar spine, intercostal pain, irradiation (radiating to the arm or leg); pain and limitation in joints (arthritis, arthrosis), foot or heel; muscle "clamps", numbness, sprains of ligaments and tendons; headache, dizziness; posture disorders, scoliosis, foot deformities (in children and adults); pain and limitation in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ); consequences of stress: tension in the body, anxiety; the need for rehabilitation after operations, injuries, combat wounds or limb amputations.
