Doctor's advice:
- "Don't ignore constant nasal congestion – it could be chronic rhinosinusitis, not just allergies. Frequent ear infections in children are a signal to see a doctor, not to self-medicate. Don't use vasoconstrictive nasal drops for more than 5-7 days to avoid addiction. If you snore, consult a doctor, as it could be sleep apnea syndrome. Regular medical check-ups are the best prevention of complications and a way to maintain your health."
