• diagnosis, surgical and conservative treatment of major artery diseases of the lower limbs: obliterating atherosclerosis, endarteritis, acute arterial thrombosis;
• diagnosis and treatment of carotid artery atherosclerosis;
• diagnosis and treatment of aneurysmal lesions of the aorta, iliac arteries, and limb arteries;
• treatment of diabetic angiopathy at various stages;
• surgical treatment of vascular trauma, gunshot wounds, and complications of major limb vessels;
• placement of chemoports, creation of AV fistulas;
• open and laparoscopic operations for planned and emergency abdominal surgery;
• full spectrum of outpatient surgical operations and procedures;
• operations for epithelial sacrococcygeal tracts;
• vascular ultrasound, including FAST and Blue protocols for emergency and planned vascular and organ assessment.
