- ‘Usually, people turn to a private clinic to find out all medical aspects of their condition. Our goal is to narrow everything, including diet, lifestyle, physical activities. After all, to read something in a magazine or see in a TV program is one thing, but to hear it from a specialist is quite another – and that is much more valuable.’
- ‘Patients with cardiac diseases tend to be very emotional, therefore they need psychological and emotional comfort in relation with the doctor. Doctor in his turn must be psychologist. He must convince a patient to take necessary medications, tell how much time and in what quantity they need to take it. For sometimes, treatment can last for years and include taking of several medications simultaneously. Also cardiologist must monitor a patient, put him on the track of change in lifestyle and prevention of heart diseases, such as ischemic heart disease, hypertrophy, cardiomyopathy, vegetative vascular dystonia, myocarditis, pericarditis.’
