The discount is valid for internally displaced persons
- To receive a discount, internally displaced persons need an IDP certificate issued in 2022-2024
The discount is valid for:
- Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- Territorial defense (TRO)
- National Police of Ukraine (NPU)
- The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES)
- Participants in combat operations (including ATO participants)
- State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
- Security Service of Ukraine (SSU)
- Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR)
To get a discount, you must provide a document confirming your status with the ability to make a copy of it:
- For soldiers - a military ID or military ID card.
- For officers - an officer's certificate.
- For representatives of the TRO, NPU, SES, UBD, PSU, SBU, GUR - the appropriate certificate.
The discount is valid for family members:
- Children, wives, husbands of military personnel
- Children, wives or husbands of servicemen who died during military operations
To receive the discount, family members must provide the following documents:
- Marriage certificate.
- A copy of the military ID card (electronic version is possible).
- Birth certificate.
- An identity document.
- Certificate of death of a serviceman (certificate of a family member of the deceased).
Please note:
- The special offer does not apply to on-site consultations of experts in the areas of specialization
- The number of services for a patient is unlimited
