• "In my free time, I enjoy reading, particularly fascinated by Martin Seligman's book 'Learned Optimism: How to Change Your Mind and Your Life.' I take joy in various active leisure activities, such as hiking, biking, and water tourism, rafting, skiing, tennis, and fishing. In winter, I especially enjoy skiing: each descent brings a feeling of freedom and harmony with nature, as well as a boost of energy and joy. For me, skiing is not just a sport but a true magic of movement and freedom on a pristine slope. I believe that the combination of active leisure, fresh air, and psychological relief creates the foundation for a fulfilling healthy life filled with vivid emotions and unforgettable memories."
