• diagnosis and treatment of systemic connective tissue diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (including antiphospholipid syndrome), systemic scleroderma, dermato-/polymyositis, Sjögren's syndrome, erythema nodosum, and others;
• diagnosis and treatment of systemic vasculitides, including granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's), Takayasu's arteritis, giant cell arteritis, Behcet's disease, leukocytoclastic (hypersensitivity) vasculitis, Churg-Strauss syndrome, and other similar conditions;
• conducting differential diagnosis of rheumatological and related pathologies to accurately establish a diagnosis and provide appropriate treatment.
