Priority areas in clinical practice:

• selection of hypotensive therapy for arterial hypertension;
• diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris and referral of patients to coronary angiography and surgical interventions: stenting of coronary arteries, aortocoronary shunting, valve replacement, aortic replacement;
• diagnosis and treatment of stable angina pectoris, myocarditis, pulmonary embolism (TPA), heart failure;
• medical treatment of various rhythm disorders, if necessary, referral to radiofrequency ablation, electropulse therapy;
• rehabilitation of patients after myocardial infarction;
• management of postoperative patients after prosthetic valves, aortocoronary shunting, stenting of coronary arteries.
