• conservative and surgical treatment of ENT diseases;
• endoscopic examination of ENT organs;
• performance of minor surgical procedures, including tympanopuncture and tympanic membrane paracentesis, incision and drainage of peritonsillar abscesses, nasal septum abscesses, nasal and ear canal furuncles, removal of atheromas, foreign bodies, and small lesions of the nasal and oral cavities, as well as tympanostomy tube placement;
• performance of major surgical procedures such as septoplasty, conventional tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy using conventional and microdebrider techniques, inferior turbinate reduction using surgical and coblation methods, and functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), including endoscopic endonasal maxillary antrostomy, ethmoidotomy, sphenoidotomy, frontal sinusotomy, and polypoethmoidectomy using microdebrider and conventional techniques.
