Psychiatric examination: anterior, periodic, sequential
In the Dobrobut medical network, you can undergo a psychiatric examination required to obtain official medical certificates of form No. 100-1/o and No. 100-2/o. The service includes a comprehensive assessment of mental state and laboratory testing for the use of psychoactive substances.
The examination is carried out in accordance with the requirements of current legislation - Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Psychiatric Care" and Order of the Ministry of Health No. 651 dated 04/18/2022.

- Everyone who needs to obtain certificates from a psychiatrist of the established sample: form No. 100-1/o and No. 100-2/o.
What does a psychiatric examination include?
- Consultation with a psychiatrist - assessment of psycho-emotional state and identification of possible mental disorders
- Collection of biological material: blood, urine
- Blood analysis for gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT)
- Urine testing for psychoactive substances: opioids, cannabinoids, sleeping pills or sedatives, cocaine, hallucinogens, psychostimulants
- Issuance of official medical certificates: Form No. 100-1/o and Form No. 100-2/o
