Priority areas in clinical practice:

• consultation and development of an individual treatment plan for patients with kidney disease;
• diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases such as urinary system infections (cystitis, pyelonephritis), glomerulonephritis (primary and secondary), interstitial nephritis, urolithiasis, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, diabetic and hypertensive nephropathy, amyloidosis;
• regular monitoring of patients with chronic kidney disease to monitor the effectiveness of treatment and timely correction of therapy;
• assessment of the need for renal replacement therapy: determining the need for such treatments as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis or kidney transplantation;
• collaboration with other specialists for a comprehensive approach to the treatment of diseases affecting kidney function
