Provides care to patients with the following diagnoses:

• Cancers for which radical treatment is not indicated;
• Severe symptoms after chemotherapy or radiation therapy;
• Severe pain syndrome;
• Consequences of acute cerebrovascular accident, traumatic brain injury, neuroinfections;
• Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis;
• Chronic polyneuropathy, epileptiform syndrome (after excluding trauma, intoxication, drug pathology);
• Chronic heart failure for which radical treatment is not indicated;
• Diabetes mellitus in the stage of decompensation, with a severe course;
• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, patients after Covid-19 who do not maintain saturation on their own, oxygen-dependent patients; patients after complex surgical interventions, amputations, with imposed stomas, pressure ulcers, after necrectomy, with tumor decay, with limited motor activity, impaired physiological functions.

Consultations with palliative care specialists:

• selection of anesthesia regimen;
• correction of severe symptoms: shortness of breath, intoxication, general weakness, lack of appetite; organization of the patient's space at home and care for him/her;
• training of relatives in patient care, prevention of pressure ulcers, feeding features; psychological support of the patient and his/her family.

To get to the Palliative Care Center, it is enough to have the following documents

• an extract with a preliminary diagnosis;
• a copy of the patient's passport
